The mission of Project Noir 2024 will survey the lived and real-life healthcare, workplace and educational experiences of Black Women in Cleveland / Northeast Ohio. Our Call to Action is Simple: We need responses from 1,000 Black Women in Northeast Ohio to double our response rate from 2020.
